The request form is provided by Jotform, an independent service provider, and is subject to Jotform’s own privacy practices.

When you call or email LOJ Solution, we receive the information you choose to include.

How we use it

Inquiry information is used to respond to you, understand which services may fit your needs, schedule your consultation, and follow up about your request. We do not sell your personal information.

Please do not send sensitive tax information here

Do not send Social Security numbers, birth dates, bank account numbers, identity documents, tax returns, or other confidential tax documents through the website form or regular email. Clients receive separate instructions for sharing documents securely.

Information shared with LOJ Solution as part of tax return preparation is handled under the confidentiality rules that apply to paid tax return preparers.

Website hosting, analytics, and storage

This website is hosted by Cloudflare, which processes standard technical information, such as IP addresses and browser details, to deliver and secure the site. If website analytics are enabled, they are used to understand overall site traffic, not to identify individual visitors.

This website stores small preferences in your own browser, such as whether you have closed the new-client offer and, on the checklist page, which boxes you have ticked. This information stays on your device and is not sent to LOJ Solution.
